I've been using Saswad services since last 5-6 years. I can easily say that till now I've not found better service than Saswad anywhere else in India and in some of the other countries I have travelled to. I use the Airport drop and pick-up service (Pune-Mumbai) almost every month twice. My family too has been using their cars regularly to travel and its very safe. The service is very prompt, clean cars, well behaved drivers. In all these years, I've not seen even once any of their drivers speeding above 80 kms/hr. All i need to do is drop an email to make a reservation and the car is at your door atleast 15 minutes if not more, prior to reporting time. My wife too hires their cars regularly and they are very safe for single women travellers too.
